Q: Are there any special hotel accommodations for the Conference?

A:
There are plenty of sleeping rooms available at the Double Tree Hotel. Please call 916 924-8855. The Double Tree offers discounts for triple AAA members.
Q: I am a member of ASCA but not of CASC can I receive the member discounted conference prices?

A: Unfortunately, you must be a current CASC member to receive member pricing for the conference. You are more than welcome to join CASC!
Q: What is the address for the conference and is there any parking information?

A:
2001 Point West Way, Sacramento, CA 95815. Parking is free.

Q: Can I use a Purchase Order?

A: If you would like to use a purchase order, please download the
2006 Conference PO Registration form WORD or 2006 Conference PO Registration form PDF from the Register! Conference page and fax it to us at 909 793-3280 by October 4th, 2006. Our accounts payable representative will respond to a district representative regarding this option. You may contact the CASC Office at 909/815-5222 for additional questions. There is an additional $20.00 processing fee.

Q: Can we register online as a group with a Purchase Order (PO)?

A:
Online registration is for individual registrations paying with visa or master card. If you would like to use a purchase order, please contact the CASC Office at 909/815-5222 by October 4th, 2006. Our accounts payable representative will respond to district representative regarding this option.

Q: What do I do if I need a refund?

A: No Refunds are allowed only substitutions. Please contact casc-customerservice@schoolcounselor-ca.org

Q: What do I need to do to get a duplicate receipt?

A: Contact our customer service department by emailing
casc-customerservice@schoolcounselor-ca.org

Q: Are there any discounts available for conference registration?

A:
You can receive discounts on conference registration by becoming a member.


Q: I would like to purchase a CASC Membership Certificate. How much is it and how do I obtain one?

A: The certificate costs $12.00. When you register, you may choose to purchase a CASC Membership certificate at that time.

Q: What time does the conference begin?

A:
The conference start time is 8:00 AM.



Q: I registered for the conference online and paid for a new membership, how do I obtain a CASC Memberhip ID Number & password to access my information?

A:
Your CASC Memberhip ID Number & password are instantly emailed to you in your new member letter and emailed receipt.

Q: What are the hours for the conference?

A: The conference program begins everyday at 8:AM. to 3:30 PM. Registration begins at 7:00 AM.
