Driving and Parking Instructions
The Conference will be held in the Center for Educational Research at Stanford, School of Education (CERAS) building on the campus of Stanford University. This is an extremely large campus and while there will be directional signs to help you along the way, please follow the driving directions below for best access to the facility:
From Highway 101: Take the Embarcadero Road/Oregon Expressway exit and merge onto the Oregon Expressway. Drive 2.4 miles El Camino Real and turn right. Drive .5 miles to Stanford Avenue and turn left. Drive .7 miles to Bowdoin Street and turn right. Follow Bowdoin Street to Parking Structure #6 and park on the lower level in a visitor’s stall. There is no fee to park at Stanford on the weekends.
From Highway 280: Take the Page Mill Road exit toward Arastradero/East Palo Alto/Palo Alto. Remain on Page Mill Road and drive 1.9 miles to Peter Coutts Road and then turn left. Drive .6 miles to Stanford Avenue and turn right. Drive .1 miles to Bowdoin Street and turn left. Follow Bowdoin Street to Parking Structure #6 and park on the lower level in a visitor’s stall. There is no fee to park at Stanford on the weekends.
Once parked, take the elevator up to “Street Level.” Exit the parking structure and turn right to the stop sign. Turn left and walk along Bowdoin Walk. This will bend into Galvez Mall and you will see the CERAS building diagonally ahead on your left.
