Fostering the Whole Child: A Guide to School-Based Mental Health Professionals

CASC partners with the California Association of School Psychologists and the California Association of School Social Workers to create a School-Based Mental Health Guided titled Fostering the Whole Child:  A Guide to School-Based Mental Health Professionals.
CASC was honored to partner with the California Association of School Psychologists and the California Association of School Social Workers to create a School-Based Mental Health Guided titled Fostering the Whole Child:  A Guide to School-Based Mental Health Professionals.  This guide highlights the fact that School-Based Mental Health Professionals who hold Master's degrees and PPS credentials (School Counselors, School Psychologists, and School Social Workers) are "frontline mental health practitioners equipped to navigate the multidimensional aspects of day-to-day life in PK-12 schools and to provide culturally responsive  and trauma-informed care to students, families, and communities in crisis."
