In The Wake of ASCA 2018...

After a hiatus of nearly 20 years, the American School Counselors Association annual conference returned to Los Angeles, welcoming over 3,000 school counselors from throughout the nation to California.
According to ASCA staff the conference was a huge success with dynamic keynote presenters including legendary basketball star Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and "Me Too" founder Tarana Burke. California school counselors were over 800 strong with nearly 100 of those school counselors joining the CASC membership (family)! A big welcome to all of you who are new to CASC. We look forward to continuing to offer you services that make a big difference in your work with students and to influences policies and legislation, significantly advancing our profession statewide.
