In Reflection of Learning, Celebrating and Our Time Together

Many of you had the pleasure of attending this year's CASC Conference and Expo last week in Riverside, California, where we met and heard from inspiring speakers and trainers who shared their knowledge and skills to make the world of school counseling a better place. This is the 18th year CASC has sponsored this annual event. This year's state conference brought together over 1,300 educators and school counselors interested in improving their skills, networking and celebrating the profession of school counseling. We too often get caught up in the daily tasks and the huge responsibilities associated with our work that sometimes we fail to take time for ourselves to celebrate the milestones we've met and the mountains we've climbed along the way. This year's conference,Charting the Course, was a beautiful reminder of what we stand for and the journey we are on together. Below are a few pictures that capture this event and celebration. If you missed out, please consider attending the Northern California regional conference in Sacramento on Feb. 4-5. We anticipate over 500 attendees, with a wide-range of workshop topics and exhibitors. We are excited to have renowned school counselor advocate and lecturer, Dr. Trish Hatch delivering the opening keynote address. Registration is now open! Click here to register.
