Bylaws and Governing Policies
The California Association of School Counselors is governed by a set of bylaws that were adopted at the organization's incorporation in October, 2000. These bylaws are the guiding "rules and regulations" for the association. They can be modified from time to time as needed by either a vote of the Board and/or a vote of the membership. CASC's bylaws were last changed in December 2019 and a full copy can be found below.
