By submitting your in-person registration for the October 28-29, 2021 conference, you verify that you understand CASC has the right to pivot to a virtual event at any point based on the current rules, regulations and guidelines set forth by the State of California, County of Riverside, City of Riverside and or the CDC. CASC also reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

Because our participants' health and well-being is our most important priority, CASC is working closely with the Riverside Convention Center, the Riverside Convention Bureau, and our other event partners on developing and implementing health and safety measures for this in-person conference. Since everyone’s health and safety needs and concerns may differ, we recommend that each participant evaluate their personal health needs and concerns before registering for and/or attending the CASC 2021 conference in-person.

In addition, please use care when booking travel arrangements; CASC is not responsible for airfare or other travel reimbursements should the in-person conference be canceled due to public health guidelines or any other reason.

Should CASC change the in-person conference to an all-virtual event, or if you choose to switch your in-person ticket to a virtual ticket within 30 days of the event start date, any difference between the registration fee for an in-person event and the virtual event will be refunded. Registrants may also:
a. Apply the difference to the 2022 Annual Conference.

c. Donate the difference to the California Association of School Counselors to continue advocating for the profession.
