How do I get into the conference platform?
Go to https://casc2021annualconference.gtr.pathable.com/login and click 'Sign In'.

I haven't received my login for the conference. What should I do?
Emails inviting registrants to the platform have all been sent unless you registered on 10/27. If you have not received your login credential email, please check spam as it will be coming from @pathable.com. Still can't find it? Please email cascsupport@gtrnow.com.


I got my login but can't get back into the conference platform. Help?
The same link you used to set up your profile will work to get you into the conference. However, you can click on this link to get there quicker: https://casc2021annualconference.gtr.pathable.com/login

Do I have to be a CASC member to attend the conference?
No. If you are not a member, you will have the option to join during the registration process. Membership is not required to attend this event. However, there is a significant discount should you choose to become part of the greatest school counseling association in the nation! To become a member or renew your CASC membership, please visit www.schoolcounselor-ca.org/join-casc.
 
How do I register for the annual CASC Conference?
Online: Registrations must be paid via credit card. If you are a member, you must log into the membership portal in order to receive the applicable rate. Click here for more details.

Fax: Download a
registration form. Once the form is completed, fax the registration form(s) with the PO to: 909-693-5101 

Mail: Download a
registration form. Once the form is completed, mail the check or PO to: California Association of School Counselors 1095 Bonita Avenue, La Verne, CA 91750. 

How can I pay for my registration?

Credit Card: You can only pay with a credit card, by registering online. Please do not include credit card information in emails; provide a telephone number so we can call to obtain that information. 

Check: Before October 25, 2021, make your check payable to California Association of School Counselors and mail to 1095 Bonita Avenue, La Verne, CA 91750


Purchase Order: You can mail, email or fax the PO and it MUST be accompanied by a completed 
registration form for each person on the PO. Note: If paying by purchase order, please add $20 to cover administrative processing costs. (Per purchase order, not per person).
 
What is the registration timeline?
Early-Bird registration: June 1,2021 – July 31,2021
Regular Registration: August 1,2021 - October 27, 2021
 
Can I register with a Purchase Order?

Who normally attends this Conference?
School Counselors, Administrators, Teachers, Other Support Personnel, Child Welfare & Attendance Specialists, Graduate Students, Counselor Educators, School Social Workers, School Psychologists - Just about everyone!
 
Does CASC offer group discounts?
Yes. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. You will receive 10% off all the registrations. Please note, if you are also purchasing memberships, the discount does not apply to those fees, only the registration cost. To start this process, please email customerservice@schoolcounselor-ca.org.
 
I have already registered but I am no longer able to attend; can I transfer my registration?
Yes. Registration is transferable to another qualified individual if submitted in writing to casc@schoolcounselor-ca.org before the start of the event.
 
I have already registered but I am no longer able to attend; what is the cancellation and refund policy?
Registration cancellations received prior to Monday, October 4, 2021, will be granted a refund less a $50 processing fee. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, no later than (30) days after cancellation has been approved. Cancellations on or after October 4 will not be eligible for a refund. 

Registration is transferable to another qualified individual if submitted in writing to casc@schoolcounselor-ca.org before the start of the event.

 
Can I obtain CEU’s by going to this conference?
CEU’s are not currently offered at this time. Attendance certificates can be produced upon request.
 
What is CASC’s Event Disclaimer?
 
CASC is committed to providing the best professional development. By submitting your registration for the October 28-29, 2021 conference, you verify that you understand CASC has the reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

Do I have to register for breakout sessions?
No. Breakout sessions are on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited to 500 persons per workshop.
 
I registered to attend the virtual event but have not receive my link. Can you help?
Virtual event links will be provided one week before the event. If you have not received your link after that time, please email casc@schoolcounselor-ca.org for assistance.
