Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellations received prior to July 31, 2022, will be eligible to receive a full refund of the paid registration fee. Cancellations received on or after August 1 and before September 1, 2022 will be granted a refund less a $50 processing fee. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, no later than (30) days after cancellation has been approved. Cancellations on or after September 1 will not be eligible for a refund. 

Registration is transferable to another qualified individual if submitted in writing to casc@schoolcounselor-ca.org before the start of the event.
