Registration Information

Registration is open and easy!   Just choose ONE of the following registration options:
 
 
  1. Online Registration! This option allows you to INSTANTLY register for the conference. Please note that you should receive an emailed receipt within 10 minutes of registering. If you fail to receive a receipt, please contact us at: customerservice@schoolcounselor-ca.org .
  2. Fax it! Download, print and fill in the conference registration form. Then simply fax to (909) 693-5101 (confidential fax.)
  3. Mail it! Download, print and fill in the registration form. Then simply mail the form, with your check or complete credit card information, to CASC, 3602 Inland Empire Blvd, Suite B-205, Ontario, CA 91764.
  4. Use a Purchase Order! Purchase orders are accepted but will incur a $20 processing fee. (This is per purchase order not per person.) Please have each conference attendee complete a registration form, enter the purchase order information, and then either mail or fax to:

Refunds and Substitutions: Conference registrations are transferable to others. Please contact customer service at customerservice@schoolcounselor-ca.org and we will be happy to help. Unfortunately, completed registrations are non-refundable.
