Membership Types
Regular/Professional Membership $95
Any person who is employed in the counseling profession and has attained, or holds, one or more of the following:
- A master’s degree or higher in education or the substantial equivalent and are currently employed as school counselors, supervisors of school counselors, or professors of counseling in a graduate program that prepares school counselors;
- A valid California Pupil Personnel Services credential, specialization in school counseling, or the substantial equivalent.
Student Membership $55
Any person who is currently enrolled in an accredited institute of higher education and a course of study leading to a counseling credential or masters or doctoral degree in educational counseling (limited to three years).
Retired - Annual Membership $60
Any person who is retired from active professional status and otherwise is eligible for Regular Membership shall be eligible for Retired Membership and maintain all the privileges of membership held prior to retirement.
Retired - Lifetime Membership $250
Any person who is retired from active professional status and otherwise is eligible for Regular Membership shall be eligible for Retired Membership and maintain all the privileges of membership held prior to retirement. Retired Lifetime Membership allows retired members to pay a one-time fee of $250 instead of renewing annually.
Affiliate Membership $95
Any person who has an interest in supporting the mission of CASC and is not otherwise eligible for any other type of membership may become an Affiliate member.
