This interactive workshop guides attendees through a time for reflection and self-assessment to best care for ourselves as we support our students and families.

Your Presenter
Jeremiah Aja is a licensed therapist and serves as the Executive Communications Director for the national nonprofit, Wellness Together, Inc. He has worked with young people and families since 2001. He now helps to lead a team of therapists and mental health advocates nationwide, partnering with school districts and universities to provide mental health services on school campuses or online. Jeremiah is a member of the California Department of Education State Suicide Postvention Response Team and an original member of the California Department of Education Mental Health Collaborative. He holds a Bachelor's in Leadership from William Jessup University, a Master's Degree from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a Master's Degree in Psychology from Brandman University. Jeremiah lives in Sacramento, CA, with his wife and two daughters.
